Terms of Service

These terms govern access to and use of ia-app.builders, a SaaS platform for generating mega-prompts to create applications via AI tools.

By using the Service, you accept these terms. If you do not agree, you must not use ia-app.builders.

• You must be at least 16 years old to create an account
• You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential
• A valid email address is required for registration
• You agree to provide accurate information

Free plan - 1 prompt without an account, then 1 app per week with an account. No history.

Pro plan ($19.99/month) - unlimited prompts, full history, advanced features. Subscription auto-renews via Stripe. Payments are processed exclusively by Stripe - ia-app.builders never stores payment data. Cancel anytime from the Stripe portal.

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice for active subscribers.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for illegal or fraudulent purposes
• Generate hateful, discriminatory content or content that infringes others' rights
• Circumvent usage limits or security measures
• Scrape, automate or overload our systems without authorization
• Resell or redistribute the Service without written consent

The Service, its interface, brand and code are owned by ia-app.builders. Generated mega-prompts belong to you: you are free to use, modify and commercialize applications you create from them.

You grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide the Service.

The Service relies on third-party AI technologies. Results may contain inaccuracies. You are solely responsible for verifying and using generated mega-prompts. We do not guarantee that prompts will produce a working application.

To the extent permitted by law, ia-app.builders shall not be liable for indirect damages, loss of profits or data resulting from use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months.

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these terms, with or without notice depending on severity.

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the courts with jurisdiction over ia-app.builders' registered office, subject to mandatory consumer protection provisions.
