Privacy Policy

ia-app.builders ("we", "the Service") is committed to protecting the privacy of its users. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and how you can exercise your rights.

We may collect the following information:

• Account - name, email address, password (hashed), subscription plan
• Usage - idea descriptions, question answers, generated mega-prompts, selected target tool
• Documents - uploaded files (.md, .doc, .docx) to enrich generation
• Payment - Stripe customer ID and subscription status only (never card numbers)
• Technical - IP address, browser type, pages visited, cookies (see our cookie policy)

Your data is used to:

• Provide and improve the mega-prompt generation Service
• Manage your account, subscription and billing
• Enforce plan limits (free / Pro)
• Save your prompt history (Pro plan)
• Ensure security and prevent abuse
• Send you Service-related communications (support, updates)

All payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI-DSS certified provider. ia-app.builders never collects, stores or processes your card numbers, CVV codes or bank account details.

When making a purchase, you are redirected to Stripe Checkout or the Stripe customer portal to enter or update your payment method. We only receive information necessary to track your subscription (e.g. Stripe customer ID, payment status, billing date).

Your descriptions and answers are sent to AI models (Anthropic Claude) via our servers to generate questions and mega-prompts. We do not sell your data to third parties. AI providers are subject to their own privacy policies and data processing agreements.

Account data is retained while your account is active. Saved prompts (Pro) are kept until you delete them or close your account. Billing data is retained in accordance with legal obligations (generally 10 years).

Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port and object to processing. To exercise these rights: privacy@ia-app.builders

You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr), the French data protection authority.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures: HTTPS encryption, hashed passwords, restricted data access, secure hosting. No system is infallible; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
